Robert Kozak

Rev Robert Kozak is the Assistant Chaplain and Missioner at Holy Trinity Brussels. Previously, Robert served as Sacrist at St Paul’s Cathedral, London, where played a key role in shaping and overseeing worship and liturgy. and led the planning and delivery of major services. 

Before St Paul’s, Robert was Priest-in-Charge of the Parish of Letchworth in the Diocese of St Albans.

Brought up in Poland and moving to the UK in 2008, he worked as an organist in Kraków while studying theology and music.

Robert trained for ministry at Westcott House, Cambridge, and was ordained in 2015. He served his curacy at All Saints, Leavesden, and completed an MA in systematic theology at King’s College London in 2018.

At Holy Trinity Brussels, Robert plays an important role in helping fulfil the Chaplaincy’s vision, with responsibility for the areas of mission, growth and outreach. He is involved in all the services and oversee the 6 p.m. service.

Robert has been accepted to be one of the Trinity Leadership Fellows of 2026, running from Trinity Church New York. The Trinity Leadership Fellows program educates, inspires, and connects emerging faith, professional, and community leaders seeking to make a difference. Over the course of this two-year fellowship, participants sharpen their leadership skills, learn from experts in the field, and build lifelong supportive peer and mentoring relationships. They graduate from the program equipped with tools to heal divides, disrupt injustice, and strengthen their communities. 

Robert and his partner, Michal, with their two cats, Etka and Gili, are enjoying living and working at the heart of Europe. In their free time, they enjoy travelling, listening to music, discovering and making art, and cooking.
